Terms of service
Please read these terms before using Intentos. By creating an account or using Intentos you agree to them.

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Intentos ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors and users.
2. The Service
Intentos is a software as a service platform for paid social: it captures and analyses publicly available ads and social media content, generates creatives with third party AI models, turns connected Instagram and WhatsApp conversations into scored leads, and audits connected Meta ad accounts. It includes a Chrome extension for the Meta Ad Library.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
Use the Service only lawfully and in line with these Terms. Do not use it (a) in breach of any applicable law, (b) to send unsolicited advertising, (c) to impersonate Intentos or any other person, or (d) in a way that restricts anyone else’s use of the Service. You are responsible for the ads you run and the messages you send with it.
5. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content and features remain the property of Intentos and its licensors. Content you generate through the Service is yours to use; Intentos claims no ownership of your outputs.
6. Third party services
The Service relies on third party services, among them Meta, Stripe, OpenAI, Google, Moonshot AI, fal.ai, Deepgram and Apify. Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms where they apply to you, for example Meta’s terms for connected accounts.
7. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or yearly. Fees are non refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. We will give active subscribers 30 days’ written notice of price changes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Intentos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Spend figures shown by the Service are estimates.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our privacy policy. We never sell your personal data.
10. Changes
We may change these Terms. We will update the date on this page and email you about material changes. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state law, without regard to conflict of law rules.
